Senior Sales Executive - Legion Magazine
£25-27K p.a. + uncapped commission + excellent benefits including 28 days' holiday
This new role offers an exciting opportunity to work on one of the largest circulating titles in the UK within a successful and progressive media company.
The role:
• Sell advertising across the Legion portfolio on behalf of The Royal British Legion
• Drive forward display and insert revenues by understanding the product, the market and the client's needs
• Create and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies and direct clients through a combination of telephone conversations and face to face meetings
• Offer creative ideas on the introduction of additional revenue streams
• Be the brand champion for Legion Magazine
You:
• Established and target driven media sales professional
• Excellent track record of arranging and attending face to face meetings with advertising agencies and direct clients
• Confident in making effective cold calls
• Good communication skills, including listening and questioning techniques
• Skilled at building relationships, negotiating and influencing people
• Self motivated but able to demonstrate that you work well within a team
• Keen to represent the company in a professional manner and set a good example to more junior team members
