Esquire Townhouse returns with Dior as headline sponsor

Duncan Chater: "Esquire is phenomenally engaged with its affluent audience."

Taking place from 12-15 October, the four-day luxury brand experience will once again take over London’s 10-11 Carlton Terrace with a curation of live talks, interviews and masterclasses showcasing the best in the world of style, sport, TV, technology, travel, food and film, says Hearst.

Activity planned for the event includes a TED talk with Russell Brand, an audience with Sir Geoff Hurst, an evening with Steven Knight and Cillian Murphy, an interview with Paul Smith, a ‘What I’ve Learned’ session with Mark Cavendish and a ‘My Life in Books’ talk with Alan Hollinghurst. The Townhouse will also host a series of wine tastings, supper clubs and fitness classes with leading trainers from Equinox, Third Space, Barry’s Bootcamp, F45, BXR and Triyoga. In addition to offering ticketed events, continues Hearst, the Townhouse will be the ultimate pop-up members club for the Esquire audience.

Brands will be fully integrated into Esquire Townhouse activity with Dior hosting an exclusive pop-up fragrance discovery experience, LG SIGNATURE showcasing its range of ultra-premium products in a space designed by fashion designer Patrick Grant, and Martin Miller’s Gin offering guests a selection of gin masterclasses. In addition, Lexus will be demonstrating its premium Mark Levinson audio systems and offering luxury test drive experiences.

Duncan Chater, Chief Brand Officer – Luxury, Young Women, Fitness & Health, Hearst UK, says: “Following its hugely successful inaugural year, Esquire Townhouse with Dior returns to provide the ultimate living brand experience. Utilising our luxury consumer database, we will attract a high net worth audience and drive attendance over the four days. Esquire is phenomenally engaged with its affluent audience, and The Townhouse will connect consumers with luxury brands and influential talent. We’re thrilled to be continuing our valuable partnership with Dior this year.”

Margaret Attwooll, General Manager, Parfums Christian Dior says: “We are delighted to work in partnership with Esquire Townhouse once again this year. As one of the leading Perfumes and Cosmetics brands in the world, the House of Christian Dior is synonymous with French excellence and refined elegance, together with playfulness, and we are thrilled to bring this vision to life with Esquire Townhouse. Esquire is known as the UK’s most stylish, luxury men’s magazine, and Dior is proud to collaborate with them, to share this incredible experience with our wonderful Dior and Esquire clients.”
