On her appointment, Imogen Joss said: “I am delighted to join Euromoney at this exciting time in its development. I look forward to working with the rest of the Board and the management team to continue implementing the strategy.”

On her appointment, Lorna Tilbian said: “I have followed Euromoney closely throughout my career in the media sector and this is a rare opportunity to join the Board of an established media company which is thriving in a digital environment. I am excited to be joining and look forward to helping the company continue its success.”

Ms Joss will join the Board with immediate effect and will also join the Remuneration Committee. Ms Tilbian will join the Board with effect from 1 January 2018.
