Deborah Elliott: "“The feedback from our customers has been very positive."

The platform provides a selection of newspapers and magazines in both of their first-class lounges for customers that have purchased a Flexiplus ticket.

Global Media Hub are working with Media Carrier to offer digital solutions to venues such as hotels, airline lounges and coffee shops.

Matt Pryce, Commercial Director of Global Media Hub commented, "After providing Eurotunnel with magazines for a number of years we were asked to supply them with a digital solution. Media Carrier were the obvious choice for this partnership as they have a great deal of experience providing digital platforms to airline lounges and hotels to locations across Europe. It will create a further opportunity for publishers to target footfall to key events such as the Ryder Cup, Le Mans and Paris fashion week."

Patrick King, Commercial Director of Media Carrier added, "We are delighted to be working with Global Media Hub and Eurotunnel on this exciting customer service. We have been able to create a unique digital customer journey for the Flexiplus customer utilising our extensive expertise built up over many years supporting airlines.”

“The feedback from our customers has been very positive, not only in terms of the range of publications available, but also its speed and ease of use”, explains Deborah Elliott, Product and Partnership Manager at Eurotunnel. “This initiative coincides with the opening of our new Flexiplus lounge in Folkestone and is part of our digitalisation strategy which we are adopting companywide to improve the Eurotunnel experience for all customers.”
