Gold Key Media yesterday announced the creation of two new roles within its Publisher Sales Team.

Gold Key Media announces changes to Publisher Sales Team

Duncan McIntosh has been named Head of Publisher Services and Clare Scott has been appointed Head of New Business, as part of a restructuring that reflects the evolving needs and focus of the business.

Duncan McIntosh joined Gold Key Media in 2013 as a Senior Publisher Account Manager before being promoted to the role of Group Account Manager in February 2015. In his newly appointed role as Head of Publisher Services he will be responsible for overseeing Gold Key Media’s client service function, ensuring that the company continues to broaden its range of publisher offerings, and that these are communicated out to clients effectively.

Duncan said, “2017 is sure to be another year of change within the industry, and I’m excited to take on my new role as Gold Key Media’s Head of Publisher Services. Ensuring we are continually evolving and innovating is crucial in order to offer our clients the very best solutions for their brands. We have wonderfully creative and passionate talent within the Publisher Services team, and the challenge of steering them in an ever changing media landscape is a real privilege.”

Clare Scott joined Gold Key Media in 2007 as a Senior Account Manager, and following a hiatus in 2012 returned to Gold Key Media in 2015. In her new role, she will be responsible for handling all new business enquiries and spearheading the company’s ambitious programme to capture new markets and client sectors, says the company.

Clare said, “I am thrilled to be playing such an exciting in Gold Key Media’s vision for the future. Copy placement has certainly come of age and 2017 is set to be an exciting year for print. I’m excited to take on this challenge and I continue to share the passion, skill and dogged determination of our publishers in making their brands successful in such a rapidly changing media landscape.”

Chris Horn, Managing Director of Gold Key Media said, “I’m delighted to have been able to promote Clare and Duncan into these new and strategically important roles within Gold Key Media.
