Chris Scarle: "The newspaper transfers beautifully to the digital platform."
Developed in partnership with digital publishing company Exact Editions, The New European can be read across a range of digital platforms by subscribers anywhere in the world.
Since its launch following the UK’s vote to leave the European Union in 2016, The New European has each week served up commentary, from journalists and politicos, on a wide range of issues celebrating the best of Europe.
Digital subscribers can search across a specific issue, year or the whole archive, for their desired result. Individual subscribers can purchase seamless cross-platform access, while institutions can instantly offer their users unlimited digital access to the complete archive.
The digital edition of the New European can be accessed in the Exact Editions individual and institutional shops.
Chris Scarle, Digital Magazines Manager at Archant said about the digital launch: “Since we launched in July 2016, The New European has gone from strength to strength and one year on we are delighted to expand our digital offering. The newspaper transfers beautifully to the digital platform and it’s a real joy to be able to search the full archive of back issues.”
Daryl Rayner, Managing Director of Exact Editions said: “Exact Editions are pleased to be working with a trailblazing publication like The New European. The newspaper with the full archive will be an invaluable asset to our institutional and individual subscribers alike.”
