Paul Johnson: "Hosting in Azure means we have the increased operational flexibility."
As part of the next phase of its international growth, says the company, MPP Global is now able to host clients on Azure. With this move, MPP Global clients will benefit from the global scale and enterprise-grade security that Azure provides.
By hosting its eSuite system on Azure, MPP Global can deploy identity management, CRM, and eCommerce services in new territories and regions.
With a strong pedigree in Microsoft technologies, MPP Global says it has successfully undertaken two major developments in machine learning and localisation services. The machine learning capabilities in Azure add significant functionality to eSuite’s Recovery & Retention module by providing MPP Global’s clients the ability to predict churn and to accurately identify subscribers who are at risk of churning.
With clients across the globe, it is important that the company is able to successfully support their services securely and efficiently, anywhere.
With Azure, MPP Global will be able to deploy rapidly within any geography, as it will be utilising over 20 Microsoft datacentres to provide services to clients in over 140 countries, including China. This will enable the company to provide the highest availability and lowest latency for the management and processing of business-critical subscription billing and recurring payments, on which its digital and eCommerce clients rely, says MPP Global.
MPP Global’s CEO, Paul Johnson, said, “This is an exciting period of growth for MPP Global as we make eSuite available in Microsoft Azure for the first time. Organisations in the media, retail, and consumer services markets need to intelligently retail their digital and physical products in an omni-channel environment. Hosting in Azure means we have the increased operational flexibility to continue providing organisations with essential eCommerce tools to drive consumer revenues.”
Speaking on the announcement, Rainer Kellerhals, Media & Cable Industry lead EMEA at Microsoft Corp. said, “We are pleased to be working closely with MPP Global and, with the integration of eSuite into the Microsoft Azure cloud platform, we are prepared to enable more organisations to successfully manage their subscriptions and recurring payments.”
