The Magazine Manager®, the world’s leading cloud-based print and digital media management software, is developed by Mirabel Technologies.
Mirabel Technologies is a privately held company with more than 100 years of collective experience in the publishing industry. The Magazine Manager® launched in 2003 and has grown to host more than 9,000 magazines, websites, newspapers and events. The system is the most comprehensive Software as a Service platform designed for the publishing industry. The Magazine Manager® streamlines communication workflow and prevents the creation of redundant systems and duplicate data entry.
Our package includes: CRM, Ad/Order Entry, Ad Trafficking, Sales Management Reporting, Invoicing & Accounts Receivable Management and Production Management. Additional features include: Comp List Management, Credit Card Processing and Customizable Reporting.
As the industry’s first and most mature web-based platform, we are ideal for companies who have multiple offices, employees who work on the road and from home, and companies that want to reduce their IT infrastructure costs. For every ten licenses of The Magazine Manager®, you can expect to save an average of £15,000 to £20,000 annually.
Integrated with The Magazine Manager® is Mirabel’s Digital Studio®, the first web-based pagination and digital edition software that integrates with a company’s ad order entry system so that the data flow between ordered ads and pagination is real-time. It allows sales reps real-time access to ad material and ad positioning information, and ad archives and historical information on both advertising clients and editorial features. Its drag and drop pagination tools allow publishers to paginate both digital and print editions more quickly, and create a seamless workflow from pagination to digital and tablet edition creation.
Unlike most digital edition providers, Mirabel's Digital Studio® is not a service; it’s software which allows publishers to create digital editions on the fly, giving publishers the ability not only to create digital editions for their print products, but to create custom products from client archives. Mirabel believes that content archives are under-leveraged by publishers and is developing powerful tools for both publishing sales forces to demonstrate their products to advertisers and greater distribution channels for distributing print pages which were previously locked in the print publishing paradigm.
