David Worlock

David Worlock co-chairs Outsell Inc’s strategy councils for industry CEOs. David began as a publisher of educational books at Thomas Nelson before taking on Thomson’s initial digital foray of the early 1980s - the Eurolex online legal retrieval service (later sold to Lexis). David started his own digital strategy advisory business (EPS) in 1985, which he sold to Outsell in 2006.
