Emma Doble

Emma is the patient and public partnership editor at the BMJ where she leads on all of the patient partnership work across the journal and company.

She manages the ‘what your patient is thinking’ series and works with the BMJ international advisory panel to develop and deliver the patient partnership strategy.

Emma lives with type 1 diabetes and is an internationally recognised patient advocate, author and speaker. She has worked with various organisations in delivering patient partnership across healthcare for over 15 years.
