Ian Phillips has over twenty years’ experience in publishing, mail and fulfilment. He was formerly group circulation manager for Emap where he built a solid reputation as one of the industry’s leading fulfilment experts. He subsequently moved to DHL Global Mail and has most recently joined CMS as market development manager.
