Katie is director of digital at the Guardian, where she is responsible for all digital products, third party revenue and first party data solutions. Prior to working in digital advertising, Katie worked in editorial at the Guardian. Her focus is to bring the best out of Guardian journalism, maintaining a positive experience for the Guardian’s audience, while achieving commercial impact for brands and clients.

Tom is the director of product and technology at Infopro Digital, a digital information, research and events business serving the global risk, financial technology and insurance markets. He joined in 2008, holding positions in marketing and product, and now leads the development of new digital products and transformation of internal technology.

They are co-chairs of the judging panel for the AOP Digital Publishing Awards 2025.
