Mark Allen

Mark is chairman of the Mark Allen Group, which he founded in 1985.

A journalist by background, he worked on an evening and a national newspaper before becoming the launch editor of Reed’s Community Care, a brand he now owns. He is a previous winner of the PPA’s Editor of the Year award.

Mark is a trustee of the Orchestra for the Age of Enlightenment and is associated with other music charities, as well as with Alabare, a charity for homeless people. He is also a published author and poet.
