Victoria Bytel

Victoria Bytel is head of membership and research at the Direct Marketing Association. Victoria is responsible for the DMA’s membership including its recruitment and retention strategies. She also heads up the DMA Research Department, which includes identifying key issues facing all sectors within the direct marketing industry and commissioning / obtaining research to address them.
