NFRN runs sales promotion with Mail on Sunday

The NFRN has joined forces with the Mail on Sunday to offer NFRN members the chance to earn a cash bonus by selling more copies of the paper during October.

Under the scheme, which launches on Sunday October 5 and runs through until Sunday October 26, members are asked to visibly promote Sunday’s biggest selling newspaper in their stores by giving it an extra facing and, where possible, by asking every customer if they would like to buy a copy.

In return any NFRN member selling an extra 20 copies between now and the end of the promotion will receive a £20 cash bonus.

Sales for the four Sundays in October will be compared to base figures for the four Sundays in September 2014, so if a newsagent sold 66 copies in September and then 86 copies in October, it will receive £20. All payments will be paid out via the NFRN Cashback scheme early next year.

Commenting on this latest promotion, National President Martyn Brown said: “This is the third time we have joined forces with the Mail on Sunday in this way and previous promotions have proved to be a huge success, giving members an easy way to boost sales and their profitability. I am delighted that we are once again teaming up with Sunday’s biggest selling newspaper and would strongly urge everyone to get involved and make more money!”

To assist, inside the September edition of The Fed is a poster for members to display in-store to help actively promote the Mail on Sunday and earn extra cash.
