ShortList to launch in the UAE

ShortList Media and Arab Publishing Partners (part of the ITP Group, the Gulf’s largest consumer and business magazine publisher) yesterday announced the launch of ShortList in Dubai and Abu Dhabi in March 2015.

ShortList UAE will be the region’s second ‘freemium’ publication, following hot on the heels of Stylist, which launches on October 14th, 2014. ShortList will target both residents and tourists with essential recommendations about what to do, see, buy, eat and drink each week.

APP Managing Director Ali Akawi said, “We live in a fast-paced country with endless entertainment choices – from the world’s largest malls and top restaurants to world-class music and theatrical events. ShortList readers are busy men, so the magazine will be their definitive guide to what they should be doing to make the best of their valuable leisure time.”

ShortList UAE is aiming to be the authority on the very best in shopping, fashion, entertainment, lifestyle, technology, dining and sport. Complimentary copies of the magazine will be widely available at UAE airports, hotels, restaurants, cafés, salons, spas, gyms, malls, petrol stations, select transport providers and key residential areas. The website and app will follow later in 2015 with searchable and bookable entertainment listings for each major city.
