Air Business wins Cambridge University tender

Air Business, the global distribution, fulfilment and integrated subscriptions management bureau, has won the tender to become a preferred service provider for the University of Cambridge.

Key strengths presented in the winning tender were Air Business' quality control processes, customer service and expansive infrastructure spanning four sites. In the tender, Mark Everitt, director of customer services at Air Business, presented Air Business’ expertise in fulfilling large international mailings, involving complex distribution splits.

Jeremy Wilson, operations manager at the University of Cambridge, said: “We’re very pleased to have secured the services of Air Business and see the partnership as being a key factor in enabling us to continue to ensure our alumni receive the highest quality of both service and professionalism.”

Already servicing academic material for Taylor and Francis, Oxford University Press, Sage Publications and Reed Elsevier, Air Business will now be a key supplier to the University of Cambridge’s worldwide alumni community.

Adam Sherman, managing director at Air Business is “delighted to have won this tender to be a preferred high end service provider”. He also commented, “Air Business is looking forward to working with other organisations, from all areas of the educational sector, who we welcome to get in contact”.
