Zoe (pictured), who joined on 12th November, has extensive online marketing and digital strategy experience. At Avon Cosmetics, she held the position of Head of e-Commerce with responsibility for both the B2B & B2C online business. This included implementing the social media strategy and growing the digital portfolio. Prior to this, she worked within the travel sector, developing multiple online marketing campaigns and identifying new digital developments.
