Muirfield Contracts has been awarded the contract to refurbish Courier Buildings in Meadowside, Dundee.
The project, which includes a complete internal renovation and new roofing, is expected to take around 15 months to complete.
DC Thomson will ensure that the building is more energy efficient by improving the insulation, introducing a rainwater harvesting system and installing photovoltaic panels on the roof.

Muirfield Contracts Ltd started work on w/c Monday 8th April 2013 and DC Thomson staff members are expected to return to the Meadowside offices in late 2014.
