DFS to wrap Telegraph’s Stella

Telegraph Media Group (TMG) is partnering with DFS to create Stella Magazine’s first ever cover wrap, this Sunday, 22nd September.

The cover wrap will feature the ‘Lip Gloss’ sofa exclusively designed for DFS by the designer Giles Deacon. The striking sofa will be auctioned off to raise money for Children in Need later this year.

This is the first time Stella has ever been cover wrapped and forms part of a multimedia partnership between TMG and DFS, which will include sponsored content from David Nicholls, Design Editor for the Telegraph, a microsite hosted by TMG and a reader competition.

The launch of this commercial partnership with TMG coincides with the launch of a bursary scheme by DFS, which will invest in future British talent across all areas of design including interiors and fashion.

Melanie Danks, Client Director, TMG, said: “I am delighted that our strong relationship with DFS has resulted in this multimedia partnership, starting this weekend with the first ever cover wrap of Stella Magazine. I am delighted that our innovative, collaborative relationship with DFS continues to go from strength to strength. DFS’ commitment to nurturing British design talent is a cause very close to The Telegraph’s heart and an ethos that we whole heartedly support.”

Nick Ashworth, DFS, said: "We are delighted to be partnering with The Telegraph to launch our specially commissioned Giles Deacon ‘Lip Gloss’ sofa, in this first of its kind cover wrap on Stella Magazine. This partnership with TMG shows how our relationship continues to go from strength to strength and we look forward to working with them in the future.”
