The news follows Emerald being listed as a Top 50 Inspiring Workplace in the UK and Ireland and a Times Top 50 Employer for Gender Equality earlier this year.
The 2025 Global Top 100 Inspiring Workplaces list celebrates organisations from around the world that are redefining what it means to put people first, added the publisher. These companies have demonstrated a commitment to building positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace cultures, where employees feel valued, supported and empowered to thrive.
The Global Top 100 list is drawn from the highest-scoring winners in each of IW’s regions worldwide, including Asia, Australasia, Europe, Latin America, Middle East & Africa, North America and the UK & Ireland.
Emerald says the awards follow a strict judging process in which participants are asked to provide proof of their investment in people across six key areas. These are:

- Leadership
- Wellbeing
- Inclusion
- Employee Voice
- Employee Experience.
