Fish4jobs unveils new brand campaign

Fish4jobs, the generalist job site, kicks off the New Year with a nationwide multi-platform brand campaign.

Developed by DLKW Lowe, the fishing-themed ads consist of humorous hand drawn illustrations which come under the tag line, Land your next job. The creative works tie the brand to the ultimate goal of all job seekers - finding the next job.

The campaign will run for 12 weeks in print, online and mobile across leading national titles including the Daily Mirror, Sunday Mirror and Sunday People and regionally in titles such as Manchester Evening News, Birmingham Mail, Liverpool Echo, Newcastle Evening Chronicle and key regional Metros.

Gary McNish, Trinity Mirror's regional managing director of nasa, said: "Our new campaign is ideally timed as we enter January's recruitment peak and coincides with the recent launches of our new desktop, mobile and tablet job sites. These are just some of our exciting plans to grow Fish4jobs in 2014. Next month, 10 well known job sites including Workthing, JobSearch, PlanetRecruit, TheCareerEngineer and JobsinEducation will become Fish4jobs extending our audience reach and growing our job seeker database."

Fish4jobs' head of marketing Charlotte Tracy said: "We are well known in our market for our cartoon style of ads so with this new campaign we wanted to build on that brand reputation but with a more contemporary feel.

"The result is a fun and creatively distinctive campaign that gives us scope to develop further across Fish4jobs' different platforms: online, mobile, social media and in newspaper."
