FT launches Voice of the Reader video series

The Financial Times has produced a new video series showcasing the ‘Voice of the Reader’, which explores what FT customers think.

The FT asked its readers around the world their views, including how and why they read the FT, why they value it and their favourite topics.

FT global communications director Darcy Keller said: “The FT is a customer-focused organisation with more paying readers today than ever in our history. Our readers are at the heart of what we do and we regularly seek their opinions and feedback on our products and services. We created the Voice of the Reader videos to bring this research to life for our employees, audience and partners. They provide valuable insight into our readers’ views, establishing where the FT is excelling and what more we can do to enrich their experience.”

The Voice of the Reader videos have already proved popular with FT employees, says the company, and are now available externally. The first video asked contributors: ‘Why do you read the FT?’. The series is also available on the FT’s YouTube channel.
