The app launch is supported by a national outdoor marketing campaign, in association with Outdoor Plus, with the interactive Rita Ora January issue cover appearing on 17 digital outdoor sites in the following 7 shopping malls across the country: Bluewater, Newcastle’s Metrocentre and Eldon Square, The Manchester Arndale, The Victoria Centre Nottingham, Queensgate Peterborough and Glasgow’s Braehead. The combined audience of these sites, over a two week period, totals 6,046,000.
The creative lasts for 15 seconds and shows coverstar Rita Ora blowing bubbles before popping them to reveal the January issue magazine coverlines.
Featuring all editorial content from the magazine, the digital iPad edition app also features media enhanced ‘specials’. Highlights include behind-the-scenes footage of Rita Ora’s cover shoot along with interactive cover, embedded videos and film trailers, plus 360° image sequences.

The app has been conceived and created in-house and the team are already working on the April issue at which point the app will go monthly.
The January issue of Glamour magazine is available on newsstand now.
A PDF digital replica edition of Glamour was previously available, and four Glamour iPhone and android apps have been released since April 2011: Inside Glamour; Fast Beauty; Take Me To The Hairdresser; and Celebrity News.
