ITIJ re-designs website

The International Travel Insurance Journal (ITIJ), the journal for travel health insurance and medical assistance professionals around the world, has re-designed its website.

Since its inception in 1999, say the publishers, the International Travel Insurance Journal (ITIJ) has been the number one print resource for travel health insurance and medical assistance professionals around the world.

To complement and partner its core printed media offering, ITIJ has now re-designed its news website, improving the functionality, content and learning opportunities.

According to the publishers, the new and improved www.ITIJ.co website benefits include:

• User-intuitive navigation

• Searchable content, including ITIJ features not seen before on the web

• A four-fold increase in total content – including web exclusive news articles, comment and opinion

• The ability to search directly within the Industry Directory to find the company that meets your needs

• Access to the extended ITIJ and ITIJ Review archive

• Tablet computer and mobile device compatibility

• Industry recruitment opportunities

• Support for the hard copy of the Journal, allowing for instant updates to articles – enabling readers to keep in touch with the news in between monthly print editions

Sarah Watson, editor of ITIJ, had this to say about the new website: “The redesign of the ITIJ website allows us to deliver a powerful online reference tool for all those working in or alongside the international travel insurance and medical assistance industries. Although the print copy of ITIJ has always been, and will continue to be, at the centre of what we do, the enhancements we have made to our digital offering means readers are not only kept up to date with breaking news, they can also now search within our extensive back catalogue of features, make use of our new recruitment tool, and find new industry partners within our fully searchable online Industry Directory. We are extremely pleased with the new site and are proud to be the leading publication for the global travel insurance and related industries.”
