Quadrant renews global contract for The Economist

Quadrant, the subscription management division of The Air Business Group, announces the renewal of its global contract for The Economist’s print and digital subscription management and customer service activity.

The subscription bureau will continue to provide and develop its services to support both print and fast growing digital editions in partnership with The Economist through its service centres in the UK, USA and the Philippines. Quadrant’s single global view for The Economist’s worldwide subscribers was seen as the unique factor that led to this important decision, says Air Business.

Adam Sherman, Group Managing Director for Air Business, comments: ‘This is a significant vote of confidence from a major and important global publisher; I am absolutely delighted with the decision’.

Stuart Lacey, Quadrant MD, comments: ‘I am delighted to renew our partnership with The Economist for the long term. As a premier source for the insight and analysis of global business and current affairs in a changing world, I am thrilled that The Economist continues to partner and support us in delivering innovative and complimentary solutions for the International subscription model. It supports our strategy perfectly across all touch points of our global subscription management in a changing and ever more digital landscape’.
