Telegraph appoints Allister Heath as Deputy Editor

Telegraph Media Group (TMG) has appointed Allister Heath, currently Editor of City A.M., as Deputy Editor at The Telegraph, running business coverage across both print and digital.

Heath has been Editor of City A.M. since 2008. Under his editorship the paper has grown both its online and print readership. He was previously Editor of The Business.

Heath has written a weekly column for The Telegraph since 2012, writing about business, economic and political news.

Allister joins Rob Winnett, Mark Skipworth and Liz Hunt in his role as Deputy Editor.

Allister’s start date will be announced in due course.
