Telegraph appoints Gemma Hennen to Head Of Recruitment

Telegraph Media Group (TMG) has appointed Gemma Hennen to Head of Recruitment, within TMG’s commercial team.

With fifteen years of advertising agency experience and three years working for a global job board Gemma (pictured) is looking to build on The Telegraph’s highly regarded name within recruitment, say the publishers. By continuing the growth in Creative Solutions Gemma will be focussed on The Telegraph’s core strengths in both print and online whilst developing its Sourcing solutions.

James Lancaster, Director of Specialist Sales, TMG, said: “We are constantly looking for opportunities to build on our strong team here at The Telegraph and we are delighted that Gemma will be working with us. With her unparalleled experience in both the advertising and media buying worlds, she will be sure to take the Recruitment section from strength to strength.”

Gemma Hennen, Head of Recruitment, TMG, said: “After many years working within ad agency environments, I am looking forward to the new challenges that my role at TMG will present. I am keen to develop further The Telegraph’s successful use of innovative online recruitment content, whilst still recognising the importance of print and its place in the market. Within the recruitment industry, The Telegraph enjoys an unrivalled reputation for focussing on quality, demonstrated in its strong partnerships with companies such as BAE Systems, and I hope to continue to build on this.”
