The competition will take the form of a free prize draw to be drawn on 15th October during the event.

The Courier Editor Richard Neville said, “We hope that Courier readers will enjoy this free event. The partnership with the RSNO and Wellgate Dundee is the perfect opportunity for classical music fans to see a performance for free and it’s a great way to open orchestral music up to new audiences.”

RSNO Chief Executive Michael Elliott, “The RSNO is proud of its continuing partnership with DC Thomson, helping us grow audiences for classical music in Tayside and surrounding area, and we are always keen to be involved in new and exciting opportunities. With the launch of our new learning and engagement programme, RSNO Engage, in Dundee earlier this year we have committed to a wealth of new initiatives to grow audiences in the region, and this event is a perfect example of how we can work with our partners to bring live music to more people.”

Jon Walton Centre Manager, Wellgate Dundee said, “We are delighted to welcome the RSNO to Wellgate and look forward to providing our customers with such a special performance. The opportunity to win tickets to see the full orchestra in the Caird Hall will be very popular I am sure!”
