Trinity Mirror reports growth for Fish4jobs

Fish4jobs, one of the UK's leading recruitment sites, has almost doubled its job seeker database to 2.4 million registered candidates.

The growth follows the incorporation of ten generalist and niche Trinity Mirror-owned job sites - including JobSearch, JobsinEducation, TheCareerEngineer and PlanetRecruit - under the Fish4jobs brand, says the company.

Gary McNish, who runs Fish4jobs, said: "By unifying these sites under the Fish4jobs brand we are immediately adding pools of specialist talent in a variety of high demand niche areas, to complement and enhance our existing multi-sector offering. Combine this with our portfolio of regional and sister jobs sites JobsWales and ScotCareers, and we're delivering the widest possible reach by region, and sector, to our recruitment advertisers."

Visited by over 1.6 million job seekers a month, Fish4jobs offers employers and recruiters a variety of ways to target the right candidates from online and print job adverts and CV database sourcing to display advertising and email products, says Trinity Mirror.

Fish4jobs' head of marketing, Charlotte Tracy adds "There's an increasing demand for specialist job seekers in areas such engineering, education and IT so we're really excited about these brands joining the Fish4jobs family. The move enables us to deliver an even stronger niche recruitment advertising offering."

In January Fish4jobs launched a nationwide multi-platform brand campaign under the tag line, 'Land your next job'.
