New appointments at The Sunday Post

The Sunday Post has made a number of new appointments to its Editorial team including; Iain Harrison as Assistant Editor (News & Sport), Andy Clark as Assistant Editor (Production & Digital) and Craig Jackson as News Editor.

In the role of Assistant Editor (News & Sport), Iain Harrison will be responsible for leading and developing news and sport coverage for The Sunday Post’s print and multi-media platforms. Iain has worked for The Sunday Post as both Chief Reporter and then News Editor. Prior to joining the title’s Editorial team he worked for The Sunday Times.

Andy Clark joins The Sunday Post from The Herald where he worked as Group Production Editor. He has previously worked for The Courier and Scotland on Sunday and as Chief Sub Editor for both the Evening Express and The Evening Times.

As News Editor, Craig Jackson will hold overall responsibility for leading the News team, building and developing news content for The Sunday Post. Craig joins the title from the Edinburgh Evening News where he has held the position of News Editor since 2012. He has previously worked for the News of the World and The Sun.

The Sunday Post’s new Picture Desk Editor, Jeremy Bayston, will manage the day-to-day operations of the Picture Desk working in collaboration with the senior executive team. Jeremy has previously worked as a Picture Editor at The Sunday Times Scotland, and on picture desks at The Sunday Times in London and The Daily Mail.

Other appointments at the title include Chris Donnan to the role of Graphic Artist and Euan McLelland as Reporter.
