Aimed predominantly at women aged 20 years and over, every 24-page issue of Something Sweet will feature three inspiring and achievable projects, with step-by-step instructions and exclusive, high-quality confectionery making tools and equipment.

With recipes ranging from homely fudge and old-fashioned candies, to sophisticated filled chocolates and dainty petits fours for special occasions, Something Sweet will be full of inspirational and delicious makes to suit all tastes.

Building into a complete step-by-step course on making candies, chocolates, cookies and cakes, Something Sweet will help readers increase their skills and confidence as they master the art of confectionery making. Each weekly magazine features sections dedicated to sweets and treats for special occasions, traditional types of confectionery, fun and colourful treats for children as well as beautifully styled confectionery that make perfect handmade gifts for loved ones.

Along with these themed tutorials, every issue of Something Sweet will have a masterclass demonstrating expert techniques for some of the trickier aspects of confectionery, tips which readers can use again and again across many of the projects featured throughout the series.

Something Sweet also includes a visual guide to essential equipment, giving readers an in-depth look at the tools of the confectioner’s trade, including those that come with the collection:
