Covering the Wrexham and Flintshire areas of North Wales the Leader has been available to readers and advertisers Monday to Friday since its launch 44 years ago. From this weekend, its print edition will be extended to six days a week.
Newsquest added the Leader to its portfolio of news titles in September 2017 following its acquisition of NWN Media Ltd, whose headquarters are in Mold.
Group Editor for North Wales Susan Perry said: "Our fantastic new Saturday edition will complement the existing Monday to Friday Leaders. The 96-page edition will be packed full of local news, sport, lifestyle and feature content for both Wrexham and Flintshire areas.”
