Tom Frazer is a manager in Deloitte’s Commercial Strategy practice, specialising in telecommunications, media and technology. Tom has advised clients on a range of issues, including Mobile TV, online VoD, B2B and B2C publishing, and mobile-payment and micropayment. Prior to joining Deloitte, Tom was a senior producer at Sky News. Tom has a Masters degree from the London School of Economics, where he was the Greg Dyke Scholar.
