Warners (Midlands) PLC are a family printing company with a turnover circa £33million.

Based in the centre of the small Lincolnshire market town of Bourne, which has been our home for close to 100 years, we have a very impressive site, including two purpose-built factories for our modern web presses and bindery departments.

We specialise in printing magazines, catalogues and brochures, and we have the most up-to-date web plant in the UK. We have three Lithoman 32 page web presses, also capable of square format and A5 and also able to bring 4, 8 and 16 page A4 sections off, ready folded.

To complement this, we have full bindery facilities including saddle stitching, perfect binding and PUR binding and we have back-up for all machines. To complete the service, we are able to mail out from here in either film or paper wrap.

We have maintained a steady investment programme that has enabled us to retain a very healthy balance sheet, but our relationships with our customers, staff and suppliers remain paramount to us; we always will be a great place to work at, and with.

Sustainability and the environment are embedded in what we do here. We are ISO 14001 accredited and take all environmental matters very seriously. Continual investment in energy reduction projects is actively reducing our carbon footprint, which is, as we stand today, way lower than any of our web competitors of similar size that publish their figures.

What really makes us truly different is the successful mix of traditional family values coupled with cutting edge technology. We have generations of families that work here and our staff turnover is less than 1%. We are proud to have worked with so many clients, many of them stretching back past 25 years, which speaks volumes about the type of company and culture we have here at Warners.

Please feel free to approach us whenever you feel ready; we’re always happy to share our knowledge about the industry or help advise on projects you may have coming up.

We won’t have any unrealistic expectations if you decide to contact us, and we’re not in any way into pressure sales; we much prefer to adopt a consultative role, and if everything looks and feels right for you, then you will hopefully open the door to us.
