Business Insider and Indeed have partnered on The Better Work Project, a hub and central destination designed to help leaders navigate workforce change. Business Insider says the project, sponsored by Indeed, offers business leaders a resource to learn and adapt at a critical moment in the workforce.
The Better Work Project is designed to help HR leaders understand how AI, skills-first hiring, and more are reshaping work, enhancing well-being, and driving organizational success, added Business Insider. The publisher says a key feature of the hub will be a data dashboard for HR professionals, launching later this year. This dashboard will explore lingering questions related to AI’s impact on the workforce, including a series of charts and graphs contextualizing data from Indeed’s Hiring Lab, the platform’s economic research arm. The Better Work Project also features a Workforce Innovation Board, a Business Insider newsroom-driven initiative that brings business leaders together to provide insights, perspectives, and solutions that are driving change, the publisher continued.
"The world of hiring is changing fast, so how do we prepare for whatever comes next? By sharing Indeed's unique data and insights, we can help employers navigate the evolving landscape and empower them to shape a better world of work — for everyone,” said Maggie Hulce, Indeed’s chief revenue officer.
“Building out this innovative hub with Indeed has been the perfect way to collaborate with them as our long-standing partner and stands true to Business Insider’s focus in business, technology, and innovation,” said Maggie Milnamow, Business Insider’s chief revenue officer. “Business Insider is all about giving our readers an edge in their careers, and The Better Work Project aligns seamlessly with our mission.”
The partnership builds on Business Insider and Indeed’s established relationship, added the publisher. In 2022, the companies collaborated on a creative interactive hub called Talent Insider.
