Through a new distribution partnership with Italian telecom operator iliad, and supported with the addition of more than 200 Italian titles, Cafeyn says it continues its international expansion with the rollout of its service in Italy. The company says this new collaboration confirms its ambition to extend its reach across Europe.
Cafeyn, a digital press aggregation platform, is included in Italian telecom operator iliad’s new iliadbox offer since its launch on 30 December 2025. iliad offers subscribers of its new iliadbox fiber plan full access to the Cafeyn service, allowing them to enjoy unlimited access to a catalogue of Italian and international newspapers and magazines.
Through this partnership, Cafeyn says iliad becomes the first telecoms operator in the Italian market to offer access to press content, combining high-speed connectivity with unlimited access to a global information platform. The company claims this is an unprecedented value proposition in the Italian telecommunications market.

iliad, with sixty-two outlets across Italy and over 9,000 points of sale, is offering their new iliadbox fibre package on a large scale in all its stores, on its website, and in SIMboxes nationwide, added Cafeyn.
In addition to this new distribution partnership, Cafeyn says it has signed distribution agreements with media owners covering more than 200 Italian publications, including La Gazzetta dello Sport, Elle Italia, Panorama IT, BBC Top Gear Italia, Marie Claire Italia and Cosmopolitan Italia. These titles will complement the 2,500+ titles already available on the platform, giving iliad customers access to a range of Italian and international newspapers and magazines. The catalogue will be regularly updated with new media.
With this collaboration, Cafeyn says it strengthens its European presence and its long-standing partnership with the iliad group, already active in France through the distribution of the service by the telecom operator Free, particularly for high value-added offers (Freebox Ultra). Cafeyn says this partnership further demonstrates its commitment to supporting publishers in enhancing the international distribution and monetisation of their content.
