Jack Barham: "Partners choose Stack because these three titles, covering 95% of UK demographics, give them a retention tool they can’t build themselves.”

dmg media has launched a first-of-its-kind subscription bundle designed to help partners acquire and retain users through premium editorial content.

Stack connects three of the UK’s most popular and distinctive publications - DailyMail+, The i Paper and New Scientist. Together, they cover a full spectrum of news, journalism and science.

According to dmg media, these three titles reach 95% of UK demographics and, when bought individually, are worth over £400 a year. By using Stack, partners can offer this content to their customers at wholesale rates.

Consumers are increasingly tired of managing dozens of separate bills and the brands securing loyalty are those bundling genuine value into their offering, the publisher continued.

Stack is built for partners - telecoms providers, banks, fintechs, retailers, loyalty platforms, schools and universities - looking for content that moves the needle on churn and sign-up rates.

dmg media head of subscriber partnerships, Jack Barham said: “The single biggest inefficiency in digital subscriptions is churn. Stack sidesteps that entirely.

"Partners choose Stack because these three titles, covering 95% of UK demographics, give them a retention tool they can’t build themselves.

“Our content stays switched on as long as the partnership does and the partnership lasts because the content makes it harder to leave. That turns a leaky bucket into recurring infrastructure revenue.”
