Infopro Digital makes acquisitions

Infopro Digital, a provider of software and data solutions for the European Construction sector, last week announced the completion of two acquisitions that materially transform its product portfolio:

• Formi, which specialises in technical document and financial management for construction projects; and
• Bulldozair, which digitises construction processes on worksites by collecting, tracking and securing data including measurements, images, plans and contracts.

Infopro Digital says Formi and Bulldozair’s capabilities will be combined with and enhance Infopro Digital’s existing Mezzoteam platform. With these acquisitions, Mezzoteam will offer a value proposition to more than 50,000 users including public sector and private sector project owners, project managers and general contractors and help clients with an end-to-end project management workflow, the company continued.

Following enhancements to the Mezzoteam platform, which includes a recent upgrade to the ESCloud Label for secure Cloud-Computing, Mezzoteam is now laying the foundations for broader capabilities that will simplify workflows for everyone involved in the construction industry. Mezzoteam’s SaaS platform can now deliver industry-specific expertise across the entire construction project management process – from planning to delivery to execution – specifically supporting financial management, BIM document management, a common data environment, site monitoring, and pre-acceptance operations. The value proposition is enhanced by a common repository across workflows, optimised processes, secure data management and a single operating system.

Formi publishes technical and financial systems for the construction industry. “Our eProject offering has been supporting projects in France and abroad for over 25 years. Bulldozair digitises construction processes by collecting, tracking and securing data on worksites (measurements, photos, forms, plans, contractual documentation, etc.). “Since the partnership was set up a year ago, Bulldozair and Mezzoteam have delivered significant added value to our joint customers thanks to the complementary nature of their platforms,” says Ali El Hariri, co-founder and CEO of Bulldozair.
