Steve (pictured) joins from Dell Inc., where he was the Executive HR Director for the EMEA Commercial Business and has previously held a number of executive leadership positions in the EMEA Talent Management organisations. Over the past few years, Steve has led Dell’s EMEA Full Potential change initiative as well as playing an instrumental role in the restructuring of several business divisions into the current EMEA Commercial Business.
Steve will report directly to Chief Executive Officer, Ashley Highfield, and will be responsible for the implementation of Johnston Press’ key initiatives which are aimed at supporting staff development.
