dmg media says Richard takes over the role from Lisa Mortleman who left the company five months ago and will report directly to CEO Rich Caccappolo.
An experienced HR executive, Richard joins dmg media from his role at MediaHuis in Dublin, where he has been the chief people officer since 2019.
Prior to that he has held various senior HR roles at The Telegraph, including CHRO and HR Director.

dmg media says he starts his new role on 3 October 2023.
