‘Business Post’ includes the latest news and in-depth analysis on the business scene across the entire city region and features interviews and expert comment on the issues that matter, says Trinity Mirror.
The 40-page first edition previews plans for a major, upcoming trade visit to China, organised by Liverpool Vision, and features Liverpool Mayor Joe Anderson and Wirral Council leader Phil Davies on the front cover underneath the city’s Chinese Arch.
There is also an interview with Nisha Katona, the entrepreneur bringing a unique flavour to Liverpool’s restaurant scene. There will also be regular, thought-provoking articles on SMEs, the digital and creative sector, commercial property and much more.
Described as a new voice for the city’s business community, Business Post aims to both celebrate and challenge.
Alistair Houghton, Editor and Liverpool Echo City Editor, said: “Liverpool City Region is one that is moving forward and moving fast.
“There are many successes to shout about - and many more to look forward to. Business Post aims to do that.
“Through targeted distribution, Business Post will be delivered free to Chief Executive Officers and key decision makers across the city region. All in the belief that effective communication will drive achievement.
“Our aim is for Business Post to be a touchstone for people who drive commerce forward on Merseyside.”
