CDS Global appoints Head of Customer Services

CDS Global has appointed Clare Kulik as Head of Customer Services.

Clive Martison, client services director for CDS Global UK, commented on the new appointment, “I am absolutely delighted; Clare (pictured) has spent many years in leading customer service centres and brings a wealth of experience. I am looking forward to working together to further develop our customer strategy and service for all our clients.”

Clare joined on 5th March and assumes responsibility for customer services in the UK reporting to Clive Martison.

Clare has spent many years working in the service industry and has extensive contact centre management experience; at Experian, she held the position as credit expert, contact centre manager. Prior to this, she worked within the transport industry and held a variety of positions, including: customer satisfaction manager and head of commercial administration which focused on customer service and what the customer experience looks like.
