Christian Aid has appointed ESco to support key elements of its donor engagement programme. ESco says the partnership will initially focus on legacy and philanthropy donation processing, supporter communications, and donor acknowledgement processes, with the potential for the relationship to expand as the collaboration develops.

The initial phase of the partnership will see ESco supporting the processing of Legacy and Philanthropy donations, managing inbound communications from supporters, and helping ensure that donors receive timely acknowledgements and thanks, added the company.

The work is designed to support Christian Aid’s engagement with supporters while maintaining operational efficiency across donor services.

ESco says the agreement reflects its growing presence in the charity sector, where it provides services including data management, donor care and operational support.

Further opportunities to expand the partnership are currently being explored as the collaboration develops, ESco continued.

Christian Aid is an international development charity that works to tackle poverty and inequality around the world, working with communities and local organisations to deliver long-term change.

Federica Rainaldi, project manager, ESco said: “We’re really pleased to be supporting Christian Aid as they strengthen the way donations are managed behind the scenes. It’s been great working closely with their teams to find practical solutions as challenges arise, helping support their day-to-day work and giving them more time to focus on the impact they’re making.”
