This collaboration marks a significant step in enhancing the customer experience across Intermedia’s portfolio of publishing clients, added the company. By leveraging Air Business Subscriptions’ expertise in subscription management and customer engagement, Intermedia aims to deliver more responsive, efficient, and professional support for subscriber enquiries.
