DHL Global Mail Appoints Ian Phillips

As part of their strategy to increase customer focus, DHL Global Mail has appointed Ian Phillips to the position of Market Development Manager. His primary role will be to assist publishers in optimising their production and distribution chains.

Phillips (pictured) spent the last 17 years at publishers Emap, where he started in the subscriptions department and worked his way through the organisation to his latest role as Group Circulation Manager. In that position he managed the entire supply chain from printer to subscriber. He was also an avid writer of articles on the subject in a number of industry titles and is a member of a number of PPA committees.

Senior vice President and CEO of DHL Global Mail UK, Mark Siviter said, “Ian will bring great value to our organisation by further enhancing our customer perspective and increasing our development of innovative solutions for our important Publishing customer base.”
