AdvantageCS has announced two SaaS offerings for publishers and media organizations: Advantage Essentials and Advantage Enterprise. The new offerings provide a clear path to SaaS adoption through predictable service delivery, simplified operations, and a fully integrated platform for managing the customer journey, says the company.

AdvantageCS says developed in response to conversations with publishers seeking greater efficiency without sacrificing capability, Advantage Essentials is a fully managed, standardized SaaS offering built around core Advantage functionality. It enables organizations to adopt modern SaaS practices while supporting subscription growth, customer engagement, and monetization.

Advantage Enterprise serves organizations with more complex requirements, the company continued. It delivers the same hosting, security, availability, and predictability as Essentials, while offering greater flexibility in configuration, integrations, and release adoption. This model provides additional control while maintaining the benefits of a managed SaaS lifecycle.

“Advantage Enterprise and Advantage Essentials are a natural evolution for AdvantageCS as we work to meet our clients and prospects where they are, whether they require robust, enterprise-grade capabilities or a more streamlined, cost-effective foundation,” said Bryan Varblow, COO of AdvantageCS.

Advantage Essentials and Advantage Enterprise are built on Advantage, a subscription management platform. Both options provide access to the AdvantageCS suite, including Advantage Shop, Advantage SSO, Advantage Paywall, and Advantage Analytics. Together, these solutions support subscription and order management, ecommerce, identity and access, digital monetization, and performance insights across the customer lifecycle, says AdvantageCS.

Enterprise provides full flexibility across the Advantage ecosystem, while Essentials delivers a focused set of capabilities through a standardized operating model. With managed infrastructure and predictable pricing, Essentials allows teams to spend less time administering platforms and more time serving customers and growing revenue.

According to the company key features of Advantage Essentials include:

  • Out-of-the-box configuration using the latest features and preferred integrations
  • Multiple annual managed upgrades with AdvantageCS-led testing and validation
  • Access to integrated products for ecommerce, paywall, single sign-on, and analytics
  • Predictable costs and minimal operational overhead

“Advantage Essentials drastically lowers the barrier to entry with a fast, guided implementation that gets clients operational in record time,” said Matt Varblow, CTO of AdvantageCS. “And when they’re ready to expand, Advantage Enterprise is right there with all the advanced features and scalability needed to support their next stage of growth, truly offering a built-in path for the future.”

With these new offerings, AdvantageCS says it extends the reach of its subscription management platform through deployment models that provide operational simplicity, lifecycle consistency, and cost certainty. Publishers and media organizations can choose the SaaS approach that best aligns with their business needs.
