ESco has announced the recent onboarding of The Burlington Magazine, a monthly publication devoted to the fine and decorative arts.

ESco says, The Burlington Magazine, renowned for its articles based on original research, presents new works, art-historical discoveries, and fresh interpretations to an audience of academics, researchers, experts, and art professionals, offering five membership levels and two types of subscriptions to cater to its diverse readership.

The partnership will see ESco provide e-Commerce solutions for The Burlington Magazine, facilitating online transactions. Subscribers will benefit from ESco’s customer service team, ensuring prompt and effective support, and the dedicated Client Management Department will focus on ensuring client satisfaction, added ESco.

The Burlington Magazine has a large audience from academic institutions and subscription agents and these subscribers are now in the hands of ESco’s team who have an understanding of complex subscription management. ESco says it has rolled out new functionality to facilitate IP based access and entitlement for these academic subscriptions.

The Burlington Magazine will also take advantage of ESco’s renewals service, which has been put in place to maximise subscriber retention and enhance the overall subscriber experience.
