Last week Infopro Digital announced it has signed an agreement to acquire Karnov’s EHS division, which specialises in solutions for regulatory monitoring and compliance. With global coverage of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) laws and regulations, the business holds a strong market position in the Nordics and France and continues to develop internationally.
Infopro Digital says this acquisition further solidifies its position in the EHS compliance software business and enhances the capabilities of its Red-on-line brand. This move underlines Infopro Digital’s commitment to delivering innovative and comprehensive solutions to the market.
