PPA Next Gen Awards 2025: winners announced

The PPA has revealed the winners of its Next Gen Awards 2025, an initiative that champions some of the brightest and most promising new talent across the UK editorial brands and publishing organisations.

The PPA says its Next Gen Awards recognise individuals whose skills, creativity, and innovation are already shaping the industry of tomorrow. From content creators and data specialists to commercial leads, marketers, and event professionals, this year’s winners represent the breadth of expertise that makes the sector so dynamic.

The PPA says their achievements will be recognised at a celebration on 15 October, at The Virgin Hotel Shoreditch, London, bringing together the winners, their peers, and senior leaders from across the industry.

The judging process was overseen by a panel of 28 experts, including members of the current PPA Next Gen Board, who carefully reviewed entries to select this year’s winners.

In addition, the PPA says it continues its commitment to nurturing future talent with the Student of the Year Award, which honours outstanding student work that demonstrates creativity and potential.
